My Design Process:

Consult

I design process is iterative and based on the ADDIE and SAM methodologies. First, I actively collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the organization's training needs and develop a high-view of the end goals and timeline. I coordinate the schedule of collaborations with the SMEs to elicit course content.

Design

I create a design document that provides a high-level outline of the project from learning objectives to final assessment. After finalization of the initial outline, I design a storyboard that details visuals, scripting and interactions. I submit the storyboard to stakeholders and SMEs for review and revision.

Develop

I develop a prototype using the storyboard as a guide. I develop the course through alpha, beta, and gold versions with review and revisions by stakeholders and SMEs along the way. I assure workability, accessibility, and accuracy before submitting each version.

Evaluate

After implementation, I monitor and evaluate learning outcomes to ensure that the desired behavior change or knowledge gap has been met. I collect data and make further revisions to training as needed and continue collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs on the next training cycle.
